How to Make a Complaint to Tracksister Concrete

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Tracksister Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Tracksister Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Tracksister Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Steps to File a Complaint

Email contact@tracksister.world and include:

1. Your name and a way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Comes After

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
